Tip of the day: Do a headstand!
A little while ago my brain was feeling lethargic so I challenged myself to a headstand. I fell over several times, got the wind knocked out of me, landed on my roommate's shoe, and pulled out a few strands of hair... then all those years of kinder-gymnastic came rushing back and I had my moment of glory, feet high and wavering in the air.
So everyone, challenge yourself to a headstand today, they are commonly practiced as a Yoga technique that allows blood flow to
re-energize the brain. Think of it as a free cup of joe...
